Short description of the project

Through realization of this project,we have procured an integrated IT business system (ERP) and computer equipment necessary for the successful implementation of the business system.

The project included the following activities:

  1. Procurement of hardware infrastructure and implementation of ERP solutions,

  2. Project management,

  3. Promotion and visibility.

Objectives and expected results of the project

The overall goal of the project is to increase the competitiveness of the firm Solium d.o.o. through:

  1. Optimization and improvement of four business processes by shortening production time and increasing employee efficiency;

  2. Integration of business functions through connecting modules (procurement - warehouse - production - sales);

  3. More efficient workflow organization through better human resource management

  4. Improving interaction with customers and suppliers (timely procurement of raw materials, greater reliability of delivery deadlines);

  5. Improving the market position of the company as a result of increasing production capacity due to increased efficiency and optimization.

The specific objectives of the project are:

  1. Increase in gross added value per employee by more than 10%;

  2. Growth in sales revenue of the company by more than 3% two years after the completion of the project compared to 2017;

  3. Increasing the number of employees;

  4. Reducing operating costs.

Sustainability of results after the completion of the project will be realized through several different aspects:

  1. Customization and integration of business processes with new software and evaluation of the effects of the introduction of new software

  2. Software maintenance

  3. Advertising and marketing activities

Total project value and amount co-financed by the EU (in HRK)

  • The total value of the project is 470.943,98 HRK

  • The total value of the project (eligible costs) is 376.755,18 HRK

  • The EU's share in financing the project is 207.215,34 HRK

 

Project implementation period: 1.11.2019 - 1.11.2020.
